Dov Amzallag is the Founder and President of Priveda Capital. Dov brings over 20 years of entrepreneurial and real estate investing experience with an emphasis on discovering quality opportunities with unforeseen upside. Dov’s unparalleled knowledge of the Greater Montreal real estate industry and acute deal-making skills speak for themselves through his track record of consistently delivered results.

Lionel Perez

Vice-President, Legal and Investor Relations

Lionel Perez is the Vice-President, Legal and Investor Relations Officer of Priveda Capital. Lionel brings over 25 years of experience in government affairs, the law with consensus-building skills with both public and private stakeholders, public policy, and media relations. A lawyer by profession, Lionel founded the leading Canadian online legal document filing service provider that caters to small businesses. Lionel was also an elected official for the City of Montreal for 12 years. Lionel holds law degrees from Osgoode Hall Law School (Toronto) and the Université de Montréal.

Joshua Bilodeau

Vice-President, Investments

Joshua Bilodeau is the Vice President, Investments of Priveda Capital. Joshua brings over 5 years of real estate experience in asset management, acquisitions, and commercial mortgage investments across different asset classes, markets, and regions. Prior to joining Priveda Capital, Joshua held various roles in asset management for Akelius Residential Property AB and most recently served as Director, Real Estate Finance for Harbour Mortgage.
